Cancellation Policy
Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Due to the high demand for our luxury tanning services, we kindly ask that all clients respect our cancellation policy.
• 48-Hour Notice: We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee, charged to the card on file.
• No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.
• Arrival Time: Please arrive on time to ensure the best experience. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a cancellation fee may apply.
